    Akira!

    The first DVD I ever bout for 30 bucks at Suncoast! The first Anime movie I ever saw! I was like....8!

    An amazing story! Amazing animation! People die for absolutley no reason!
    it keeps it fresh! Rioters get shot with gas cannisters! Yes!

    It was one of the first I saw, too. Seemed kind of like a sequel to me.
    I have the special edition (the one in the metal box), but oddly I haven't watched it as much as I would have expected before I owned it.
    The best parts of the movie are obviously Kaneda's bike and his jacket. "Good for health, bad for education". I have a poster with that on it.
