    Hey all,
We're going to show anime in Trinity College Dublin on Friday.
I'm not 100% sure of what we'll show, but I'll post about it ASAP.
It will be in the Maxwell H5 theatre in the Hamilton building, and will go from 5pm till 9pm.
We'll probably start with a movie or something that'll end at around 7, so that whoever wants to, can leave sooner...

Please post if you have suggestions as to what to show.

Okay, we've decided to show the Kenshin OVA from 5-7
    and Battle Royale from 7-9

The idea of Battle Royale has been floating around for a good while, could show that. I've got Perfect Blue on DVD, that a cool film, nice and mind ****y. Porco Rosso or Laupta on Kuroi's Studio Ghibli DVDs would also be nice.
I'd also call in any stuff I might have lent out to people, lest I forget about them. Mord has meh SMJ to X DVDs, and Woss has my Patlabor. If you want them for longer I don't really mind, but if you're finished with them bring them along.

    Ok, how about this then:
    Perfect Blue 5-7
    Battle Royale 7-9

Mordeth will probably attend, so we can use his laptop. Lex also has PBlue on DVD (region 2) so that's fine.
Does anyone have BR in region 2 or 0?

Well I've seen Battle Royale four or five times but I wouldn't mind watching it again.

Eh, but Perfect Blue I've seen and having watched it once I don't really care to see it again. I don't know what it is about the film that turned me off it, it's a good film but once was enough.

Drunk, is that Patlabor the movie one you have? I've always wanted to see some Patlabor. I'll probably have Patlabor WXIII by Friday, so maybe we could show that if most people have seen the one you have.

If we have a player that can play R3, I'd liek to show a film called Space Travellers, which is cool, and not wholely unrelated to anime since it's kinda based on a manga/anime.

Anyway I don't care, if the majority haven't seen Perfect Blue and want to see it, I could just not turn up until seven or whatever.

Oh and I have both versions of Battle Royale if anyone has a preference.

Yeah Macross Plus is class, pity Manga ****ed up the DVD of the movie edition. Patlabor WXIII is supposed to be wicked, can't wait for the official release.

Anyone want to buy a regular edition copy of Battle Royale on DVD? watched twice from what i remember, in minty condition.

I had agreed €14 with someone else but never heard a word from 'em after. It's yours for €14 including postage if you want it.
Paid €18 new so it's a good price for something in new condition.
