Inu-Yasha Any Sango fans here?

I've noticed that hardly ANYONE talks about Sango. It's always Kagome, Kagome, Kagome... Are there any Sango fans here? I like her better than Kagome!

 

I like Sango. Yea, it does kind of get a bit annoying that all you hear is Kagome this and Kagome that *no offense to the fans of her* but i still like Kagome though, but i think that Sango should be more appreciated aswell.
She's strong and good-hearted after all she's been through. I like how she can still pull a smile on her face when she knows she has so many troubles like Kohaku, Naraku, Miroku running off with other women. I admire her strength and her strong will to still go on. She's one tough chick for her age (16).

 

Hey, I love Sango! And she's actually very well appreciated; I think I've seen more fans of her around here then of both Kagome AND Kikyo. Though, for the most part, people don't really talk about the girls at all. They just talk about Sesshomaru -_-.

But yeah, I love Sango! She's tough, feisty, and can hold her own in almost any fight. Her relationship with Miroku is hysterical as well, and I absolutely adored this last episode (which was basically dedicated to her). I think she shows true courage to continue in the tradition of demon slaying and aiding the Inu group to find the shards, even after everything that's happened to her. A lot of characters would sit around and mope for a year at least, but Sango got right back on her feet even after such a harsh blow. She's truly to be admired.

 

Ah, some Sango fans! I thought she was never appreciated! It's good to hear that she is! :catgirl:

 

I like Sango too. She has a very difficult life knowing that her little brother is being used by Naraku.

 

Yeah, Sango is awesome! Like her much more than Kagome. :sweat2: No offense to Kagome fans. She has had pretty much the worst life and she still keeps her head up.

 

Oh I dunno. I think I'd rather be Sango then Kikyo. Being dead can't be a very enjoyable experience ;-)

 

Yeah, I kinda like Sango over the other females in Inuyasha, let alone the rest of the entire Anime universe. She is an all around good person who would first sacrifice herself for the benefit for the many. And she's got a giant boomerang :anime: What's not to like about that!...um...anyways :blush:

 

As you can see by my avatar, Sango is clearly my favorite character. Its too bad this is the only avatar of her. Its not that I don't like Kagome, but as wing_goddess says, it's always Kagome this and Kagome that. I think there should be more Sango threads. I mean... she's had a lot more to go through than Kagome [well, when you think about it, its true... even though Kagome's in a different time]. I think that it's kind of weird that all of the characters all have their own sad history.

But you have to admit, Sango's story is the saddest one, if you don't count the Kagome/Inuyasha/Kikyo love triangle. I also suppose Miroku is sad too. Aw darn, THEY'RE ALL SO FREAKING DEPRESSING.

spoiler [?]: But you can't help but smile at the thought that Miroku actually will propose to Sango.

 

Nah, Sango's story is not as bad as poor IY's. In the last episode of IY i saw, he had flashbacks of when he has being chased by big demons and he was all cut up and.. *sob*...poor Inu. He also got picked on and...i'm gonna start a "i hate InuYasha's bullies" club, hmph!

Oh, and just like IY said "Sango promised to get hitched to Miroku" so yea, he proposes alright...Might i say, in a cheesy way!

 

I stand by my belief that Kikyo beats out the both of them in the "tragic" category. While both Inu and Sango carry a heavy emotional burden, at leas they still possess their lives.

While I haven't gotten the opportunity to check out this episode for myself, I did ge tthe chance to read a play-by-play of this particular scene, and I couldn't stifle my giggles when I came across

Sango: And your attention won't ever stray?
Miroku *flustered*: Mm, ahhhhhh
Sango *sigh*: Yup, his attention'll stray all right.

*Kagome and Inuyasha peeping from the nearby brush*
Kagome: Well that went downhill fast.

*Shakes head* Ya gotta love that monk

 

Yup, I like Sango. She's actually my favorite IY character and I have used the UN "Sango Fan" on a few forums. ^__^

yeah, Sango is one of my favorite characters. she's very admirable for many reasons that have already been listed.

damn straight. I do think we should cut back on the Sesshoumaru talk, but man, he is drop dead gorgeous. usually girls will fluster at such eye candy.

but really, I love Sango. except for you-know-who (points to statement above), she's my favorite Inuyasha character. in fact, I like them all except Myoga...I'm not too fond of Inuyasha either though. but that's how it is for me.

 

sango is so cool! I never heard her whine like kagome and she doesn't have a temper problem like inuyasha. SHE is not a perv like miroku and she doesn't steal souls from people like kikyou and she doesn't go around killing inoscent people like naraku. ALthough she is not a hanyou,she doesn't have a whole in her hand that will one day kill her, she is not dead and she was not eating by demons. SANGO to me is one of the most sane person in the show.She is not my favorite though.
