Saber Marionette Better Yet...

Would would happen if HANAGATA awakened a Marionette of his own?

 

Many Hanagata fans I've spoken with wonder the same thing, actually. There have been several jokes on the Hanagata ML and in private chats about Hanagata finding a male marionette () and my thoughts about him finding a lesbian marionette... but even so, I'm guessing this isn't what you're asking.

These interesting ideas aside, *koff koff* were Hanagata to find a marionette in accordance with actual J cannon (i.e. he awakens a perfectly straight female marionette who falls butt over teakettle for him), I see things working out pretty much as they did for Otaru. I don't really think Hanagata would ever fall in love with her, and I think at first he would probably not understand her worth and mistreat her a little (bad Hannie!). In the end, however, I think he would come to love her as a friend or a sister, just as I think, deep down, he loves Lime, Cherry and Bloodberry.

*nodds* I agree. Though they always kick him off to space, I believe so too. I mean, unless he's only convincing Otaru for Otaru's sake, why would he want to convince Otaru to bring the three back when they *mild SPOILERS* lost their memories? He must've missd them too =^^=

cries for them when he thinks they've gone to 'become one with the stars', which I don't think he'd do if they truly meant nothing to him. That and the fact that he tells Otaru he'll help find Lime's Otome Kairo because he knows Lime means a lot to Otaru.

Imagine this. Imagine that his marionette has the same kind personality that Koyuki (see my fic 2nd chance) who helps him become a better person (kinda mixture between Panta, Cherry & Lorelei)

Yeah a motherly marionette for hanagata! YAY!

And better yet... she even DARES to defy his father to defend him!! WOOO!!!! Now THAT would be interesting!

Yes... Hanagata's devotion towards Otaru might be because he sees in him an image of his father (the more he gets rejected, the more he identifies him, in this kind of vicious circle). So having someone who loves him may break the chain and turn Hanagata into...

Whoa, that'd be cool. Imagine Hanagata with a samurai sword in his hand! Oh boy (imagination goes wild).

 

Yeah yeah ideas!!!

OK here's the plot.

A motherly marionette is awaken by accident (u know how these things are) and wanders off in the japoness forest and finds a ponta-kun. Awwww isn't that sweet? She grows to like the pontas a lot.

And then she meets the first human. A boy. She is shy at first, so she spies on him. The little blonde boy plays with his pet... when the older brother comes for him.

The marionette follows them silently... in the house. Hmmm i'm beginning to like this. She chooses for her master, no, not hanagata, but Yumeji! Kinda relationship between Tiger and child Faust. Aaaaawww.....

After some tension, she adapts to Hanagata. Her feelings for Yumeji grow as her circuit matures ino motherhood - until she finds Hanagata having conflicts with his father... which makes her start loving hanagata, too.

Finally, she decides to adopt the Hana brothers as her own.
BTW, to make things interesting, let's change her fantasies are rather violent towards Hanagata's father - or anyone mean. Like Rambo stuff
