Escaflowne Escaflowne RP, anyone?

First off, let me state that I'm not proposing an Escaflowne RPG thread for M2A - which is why I'm not posting this thread on the RPG board. I doubt there would be enough interest to warrant it here. (I base that on how sluggish this board is.)

But I'm curious - does anyone know of an active, relatively decent Esca RPG that still has room to accomodate a new member? I've looked all over, and it seems that there just isn't anything of quality which hasn't died. (I've been through EVERY Yahoo group, several MSN groups, a variety of forums... and I just can't find anywhere to RP.)

I also don't know enough decent Esca RPers to start my own group. Basically, I'd want at least four players to get things moving, and I really only know one reliable person. :/

I know there have got to be some good RPers out there who would be interested in working within the Escaflowne setting, people who've seen the show and could contribute positively to a group RP. I just don't know how to find those people. Does anyone know of a group or forum where I might be able to connect to other like-minded individuals? Or, if you're interested yourself, I'm totally open to starting up an RPG somewhere.

 

sure i would be up for a RP....it's just that i don't think i would able to Rp too often....i have a bad case of being lazy, and i also have homework, and a job i use to have 2 escaflowne Rpg groups that were number 1 and 2 at yahoo in rank**cause they kicked!** but then i just lost interest...and time....and my groups are no more...*tear*

let me guess...you would roleplay as dilandau? that's the character i usually Rp.

 

Well, I'm mainly looking for people who would be willing to contribute at least 3-4 multi-paragraph posts per week. ^^;

Yup. I play Dilandau, Shesta, Miguel, and Dryden most often. I can handle Allen, but only as necessary - I like him well enough, but I just don't connect to him. Same with Folken, he's a strain to RP.
