I just got word that Sci Fi channel are showing Neon Genesis Evangelion, Martian Successor Nadesico and Blue Gender on Saturday nights, starting May 4th.

Best fecking news in ages, and I was actually about to buy the DVD set of Nadesico ^_^

 

That's good news... pity I dont have the Sci Fi channel

Maybe I can get a friend to tape the episodes or something.

yeah, i heard that news also awhile ago, i'm trying to get my freind to record the evangelion series. I bough the volume 1 evangelion dvd and was about to buy the rest when i heard the news =D. great stuff ^_^

 

Thanks for the news there! That's great news but I'm gonna have to get my bud to tape it for me cuz I don't have the Sci-Fi Channel either.

they're dubbed, and censored. and the dubs are bloody terrible

but saiko exciting is still a pretty cool show, love the jpop music vids they show

 

They're not censored, I had to watch that episode in Rei's apartment and none of it was edited at all despite the time slot.

Nadesico has a pretty good dub which fits the mood of the show well while Eva's dub is just plain trash.

If you want to replace all your dubbed anime with subs get DVD's, as they feature both.

 

The episodes are only censored on Sakio exciting. There Uncensored before the movie on thursday. and BTW you can get Sci-fi on NTL digital. Its way cheaper than sky

 

C'mon, there's no way they're censoring Eva, I watched it last Sat. morning.
It was the Asuka Strikes episode, they showed boob's an all, no censoring goin on in Saiko.

 

Hmmmmmm. I taped that one and I havent watched it yet. But since theres boobs I might right now . But on the week boefore episodes. On thursay I heard Misato say "son of a *****!" and "That Bastard!" but It wasnt on the saturday morning ones. Strange.
