well, what did you guys think of how the creators/animators moved the show to its ending? I mean when episode 22-23 came around, the whole place was a Mad Max zone, and then somehow Across had all this power and was conquering cities left and right. do you think it was too fast? maybe the show should have ended later on in the late 20's? or it should have been a little more fast paced in the series..or do you think its how the show was anyways, not making any sense, then boom.

personally, I don't think the ending came too fast. Sure it was like boom! Mad Max! But that was how all the episodes (at least in the first half) were. No lead in, suddenly it's a Star Wars parody, or action movie parody.

I suppose they could have done it all in one episode :p

The last couple episodes were a surprise...actually pulling all the insanity together almost to make sense...at least that's how it seemed to me. It seemed like an attempt to actually give the series a serious edge for once... I guess I'm good with how it ended.

Personally I liked how it ended, essentially tying up all the loose ends. I definitely didn't see it coming and it really did make me rethink Ilpalazo (who I had previously viewed as an ineffectual armchair general.)

I also liked the -final- episode for the sheer boldness and hilarity of it.
