Computers From where to udate???

If My video card manufacturer is Inno3D, can i update from nvidia site or i must update from inno3d site???





Reason for asking<<<I can't update my video card from manufacturer site, it sends me a warining saying {[microsoft didn't test this thing , microsoft highly recommand stop installtion, if u countine it will cause error in future}]>>>

Anyways, any nVidia based card will use drivers from nVidia.

You can generally ignore those warning messages about Microsoft not having tested it. They can't test the drivers of every single manufacturer.. most likely nothing will ever happen. I ignore them all the time.

The drivers from your manufacturer's site will be more tweaked to your specific board, but nVidia's drivers will generally be more up to date. I use nVidia's for my card. You'll might get warnings for them too

 

I downloaded an update from the Nvidia site...Then i went to run---->Dxdiag---->Display then the name of the video card has changed from inno3d Geforce 4 MX 440 AGP8X to----> Nvidia Geforce 4 MX 440 AGP8X.............

Also the Manufactrer has change from Inno3D to Nvidia...

so is it okay to be changed????
