I was wondering who of you had heard of this anime(and manga), as it really is a brilliant one. If you have not, there is a good description here. It is tremendously amusing, as well as having a good story and being genuinely touching with great frequency. So basicaly, if you've not seen it, endevour to do so.
If you have seen it, you should also know that it has it's very own forum right here, so check it out. It was briefly down, but it's back up again now, so readd it to your subcribed lists. Do it now. NOW!
So, yeah. Watch the anime, post in the forum, and uh... give me pie.

Yep ^_^ I watched it! It's a very nice anime with some cute characters and a cute plot. I love Kyou and Yuki and Shigure and maybe Hatori!

Despite that I'm a guy, I watched and enjoyed Furuba. It's a pity that it's such a short series. I can't understand how anime such as Marmalade Boy and Kimagure Orange Road went over 50+ episodes while Furuba couldn't even pass the 30 threshold.

I made a website to celebrate the release of this anime:

It's not really that it couldn't pass 26 episodes, it's just that it was probably predetermined, as most anime are, to be only 26 eps. I think the makers of the anime were limited to how much of the manga had been released at the time also. It would be nice to get a second series, but I don't think that will happen.

The manga goes beyond the anime. My website has a bit of information about that :p

I'm aware that the manga goes past the anime, but not all of the manga had been released when the anime was made. There was a long break in the making of the manga, as the mangaka was injured(I think a broken arm, in a car accident or something), and was unable to draw. This is why the anime stops where it does most likely, among other things.
