Recreation Game of non-magical larpness

(if this type of post isnt allowed, please let me know and i'll delete the stuff. i read through all the applicable rules that i saw, and didnt see anything against it, so again, if this is not allowed, forgive me.)
anyway, this is a larp that me and some friends came up with. its based on lapan between the Sengoku-jidai and Edo period. basically, we had idea that a game that's geared more towards realistic fighting would be fun, after playing foam-tag and throwing "fireballs" around. if you have any ideas on rules adjustments or anthing let me know.

 

Aside from the aerodynamic problems you'll have with padded thrown weapons, well, as far as LARPs go it's... well, it's there.

I don't see why you wouldn't just start a period recreation society, but that's just me.

 

If the game is Bakumatsu, then you spelled the subdomain incorrectly, which sounds suspiciously like a certain member of these forums. You may want to look into changing that. Also, what is this? It seems to be your personal RPG forum...

 

what? personal rpg forum? well i kinda made it to keep in touch with people interested in the game, not to have a "personal rpg forum".

Do you mean something like the sca? thats kinda the goal, but with some RPing to add depth.
anyway the throwing weapons, when made properly, work fairly well.

anyway, i checked the wizard i made it with and cant seem to edit it, so Bakamattsu, im sorry if i offended you by accidentally misspelling the name into somehting kinda like your name, which is a deliberate misspelling of the same word. hugs?
