Seeing as Air is not yet licensed, you can download it off of Animesuki. I highly suggest that you do; it's well worth your time.

I suggest you download the version done by Koi. They've done exceptional work with their subtitles.

To help entice you into seeing it, here's a brief synopsis, courtesy of Anime-Source.

Traveling only with a puppet and the story told to him by his mother about a girl with wings, Kunisaki Yukito arrives in a small oceanside town. By the end of his first day, he has met many strange residents including the cheery and odd young girl, Kamio Misuzu. Her constant talking and dreaming of flying throughout the skies make Yukito wonder if she is indeed the fabled winged girl his mother spent all of her life trying to find.

    Only 13 Episodes? T_T

Is that as far as it goes, or is that the only released so far stuff? Cause I don't like when Animes get short (Negima did that....*sob*)

I wish AnimeCouncil would have done them, they do really good subs.

    13 episodes, a movie, and a 2 episode OVA.

It's far from insufficient, though. The series doesn't feel rushed at all. I think 13 episodes is quite good for the series; it might not have been as good if it were longer.

And then there's always Kanon, too. It's also on Animesuki. ^_^

Yep. I got mine from animesuki. I think the story is cute if anything. I have watched a few episodes and I plan on watching some more now.

AnimeCouncil is decent. I like the job Koi did on Air. The way they look just really fits in with the style. My only problem is the notes at the beginning, I wish they'd been put in at the appropriate time in the episode, instead.

As for EnA, I haven't seen the movie yet, so I couldn't say

E-F's work on Kanon looks great so far, I can't wait to see the rest. (And I've got 3 days off coming up to watch it! \o/)

    EDIT: 2200 posts
