Anime help: who is this character?

    Hello,

    Does anyone know the name of the character in my avatar? I've gone brain dead and can't figure out his damn name. I would like to find more pictures of him, particularly the full picture and not the cut down one which I have used in my avatar.

    Any help please? Any any website where I can find images on him?
