    It's the artists who draw them, it's the characther designs who designs them :)

    I think is something about how Hamtaro is created... I mean that He's quit fat( no no no...I don't mean that fat.!.o.0) and with that big black eyes... :shy: and how they move... :blush: That's what I think that make them cute!^_^

    Big black eyes that have a white circle to represnt a light shining on them. And maybe if the eyes are big on a creature that is suppose to be small i suppose that works as well.
