Cowboy Bebop i saw the subbed movie and it rocked

I just finished watching the cowboy bebop movie (subtitled) and it was awesome. I'll probabally have to watch it 2 or 3 more times to fully catch everything in it that isn't too unobvious.

I'm not really good at summaries and don't want to give any spoilers right off the bat but if you have any questions about it feel free to ask. The movie is 1:54 long so the story gets really complex so it would be hard to do any sort of summary, jsut ask about it and i will answer

 

It's really good alright. Soundtrack for it is great too.

 

Yeah, knockin' on heaven's door was awesome - I'm so buying it when it gets released in the states. The problem was, I saw it in a hotel room at a con, cramped with thirty-something people. The next time around I'm gonna be in a big, comfy chair with a bowl of popcorn.

I don't find the soundtrack as good as the other OSTs for the series, though I really like the second half of the soundtrack (beginning with 7 minutes and onward).

I can't wait for the official US DVD release to come out. I noticed they sell the import DVDs on eBay. Are the subtitles on those pretty good or is it like Macross where they butcher the subtitle translation?

 

I know... The movie is sooooooo tight, i saw the subbed version too. and it kicked butt man. it was like great. LOL I already have the US version on preorder DVD.

 

When is the official US DVD release for the CB movie?

 

I'm not sure the exact date.... but, i emailed a guy from the DVD site i buy DVD's from and he said it was very soon soo.. that is the extent of my knowledge on that.
