" Well my dear Lady I suggest we track it down and destroy it. If it attacked once it can attack again. The problem is that it can fly so we have no idea which way it went."
"Hell no! I'll never join you guys! You're just the Dark Lord's lap dogs! What makes you think I'd join you?!," Ark replied in anger. "Very well....you have sealed your fate!," Falk said, pointing his sword at Ark. He lunged at Ark. Ark turned back to his humanish-looking form, he drew his sword and lunged downward to Falk. "Raaaaaa!," the men cried as they charged each other. As soon as the two blades touched each other, a very strong force could be felt over the world. "Hahaha...youner stronger then I thought....but of course, you father was the 2nd strongest demon, after the Dark Lord himself..," Falk said struggling to keep his blade up. Dark clouds began to from around the world, and lightning. Tremors could be felt for miles.
Aeralyss felt the amazing force and she shivered. Chill bumps formed onto her skin and she rubbed her arms together to make them disappear. "What was that?" she said softly as she looked around the room. It suddenly got dark and she looked around her. She looked forward and saw gathered lightning. "There..." she thought. She drew her sword and pointed it at the gathering, "There!!"
Being only about half a day he couldn't fight or even attack.He went over to Aeralyess and told her that he couldn't fight for about another day and a half but he told here that the dagger was ancient and sacred but if it absored blood it could track down the creature. This being said he told her to stab the creature and gets its blood.
Just then, Aarzon ran into the throne room. He seemed to have something very important to say to his sister. Aarzon: "My Queen, the demon world has become unstable. I sense the Dark Lord himself has something to do with the sensations I am getting. It almost appears as if they are trying to recruit an new army to combat Us."
Athena looked up at Arazon's words and said, "Aera i'm here to help you and i don't plan on leaving any time soon. I'll pull one of my disguise tricks and see if i can find anything out." She then turned to Reina and said, "I want u to stay close to Aera or Arazon if you insist on leaving the castle. I'd rather you stay in the castle though Reina until u've trained properly." ***** Reina nodded her head and then ran to give Arazon a hug and she said to him, "Don't worry you'll stop the Dark One. Aera and you and everyone will stop it."
Both man jumped back. "Hmph...I sense pitiful people heading this way.....I will finish you off another day...," Falk said. He backed away, and a dark flame appeared behind him. He dissapeared as he went into it. "People.....huh? Well...whatever," Ark said.
Aeralyss looked surprised at her brother's words, "Heh, heh, you don't have to refer to me that way Aarzon. Remember I AM your sister first and queen second." She then turned to Athena, "I know, Athena, good friend." She then looked at the blade, "Some of it's blood...no time like the present..." she said softly. She sheathed the small sword onto her belt and withdrew her broad sword. "I can still sense it...I'm going after it! C'mon!" she said as she motioned everyone to follow her. "We'll collect it's blood and then find out what the hell it is!" She then took off towards the direction.
Ark kept walking. Well, I better head home........He said, jumping onto tree branches. Then he hopped from branch to branch, until he got to a waterfall. He walked behind the water, and hit a rock in a certain tune. The stone wall turned around, and took Ark with him. He traveled down a tunnelt, lit only by torches on the walls. When he recahed the exit, there was a beautiful small town, with funny looking buildings. "Ah, finally home!," Ark said camly.
Remiel watched Aeralyss run off and he shook his head and chuckled. This humans are always off in a rush he thought, they never think things out and plan ahead. He himself walked away from the throne room towards the large balcony. He listened carefully through the wind looking for clues. He sensed a great power not to far away but then it disappered. Almost as though it had gone underground. Remiel thought carefully about that with a shrug, and then without hesitation jumped off the balcony!
Athena followed Aera and then turned to Reina and said, "Stay in the castle!" She smiled and as they ran she disguised herself into her "Yuko" form and ran along side with Aera. **** Reina looked up at Arazon and asked, "Can i stay with you. I wanna help them to. Please don't make me stay in the castle."
Tansy alighted on a tree branch. <I need to find out who is going to need the most help.> She paid close attention to all (male) adventurers and knights that passed. <**Sigh**, Not a cute one in the lot.>
Aeralyss ran until she came to a complete stop, almost stumbling a little and she jammed the blade of her sword into the ground to steady herself. She was kind of a klutz. "I lost it..." she said softly. "The energy...the aura of the beast...it's gone... What's going on?"
Athena, still in the Yuko disguise, asked, "Want me to scout ahead and see if i can find anything Aera... wait a minute shouldn't i be calling u my queen?" she said the latter with a joking smirk on her face.
"That's a great idea Athena!" Aeralyss exclaimed and agreed to let Athena do it. "Wait a minute shouldn't i be calling u my queen?" Aeralyss smiled in return. "Athena, have never heard you call me 'My Queen' once since we met and I would rather you not start now." she said, jokingly back. Although she was laughing out loud, she was serious in her mind.
Athena smiled at Aera and then said, "Alright i'll go check it out." As Yuko, Athena continued on looking for the beast. She wanted to find it and at the same time she didn't, at least not until she knew some more about it.
Remiel landed with out a hitch in the middle of the courtyard. He listened carefully for a hint of the beast. He found it way off to the East. He would have to get his horse he thought, or it will be gone. He then left the castle and went to the stables. He would need a stong was horse that wasn't startled easily. That was when he saw it. It was a huge black stallion, at least 18 hands. "You will do," he muttered, as he stroked the huge horse. He payed the stable boy and left without waiting. Remiel could survive anywhere, he didn't need supplies.
Tansy spotted Remiel. <Oh well, I suppose he'll have to do.> Tansy followed Remiel and landed on his saddlehorn. "Hello, good sir!"
I will have to leave for a while to re-arm my elf with great wepaons so I will be gone for about 2 cdays since I am begin to doubt that my powers will ever return. I am deeply regreted
"Hey...Athena, did you find it yet?" Aeralyss asked, hopeing that she didn't sound impatient. "Who or what would want to attack us? Maybe the demons or something like that...they did control that man." Aeralyss wondered in her mind. As she waited silently, her grip on her sword tightened with every pounding heartbeat.
