Inu-Yasha Inu-Yasha experience

I am just curious. Now that Inu-Yasha is being shown on Cartoon Network, I started thinking that there are probably alot of people new to Inu-Yasha.

So, the question is:

How much Inu-Yasha have you seen? How into it are you? How have you seen it (cartoon network, fansubs, imports, other)? And if you have seen the cartoon network version and the original japanese, what do you think of the dubs?

I have currently watched through episode 86, all fansubbed in the original japanese. I am looking forward to seeing it on television, but have yet to manage to pull this off. Inu-Yasha is currently top 15 anime for me, which is a fairly good recomendation for the anime.

 

Im not as fortunate as you guys. Cartoon Network just broadcasts few japanese anime like DBZ and umm I guess thats it! I only download my Inuyasha episodes through Kazaa. So I got episodes 1-39!!

one when they intorduce his full blooded demon brother
and the other when they first intorduce them. wehn the people say she looks like the chic that died.
but i am sooo into it. i think his bro is soo handsome.
i tape it now. but i am goignto buy the tapes.

 

I have the manga's 1-27, but I want the DVD's. I've recorded some when I went to Japan, it was when Kouga first appered, and the one where there's the girl who Kouga said he would marry, I forgot the girls name though (it wasn't Kagome) and (It's only in the anime.)

 

Well, the series is currently running on a local channel here in the Philippines. But I don't know what episode it is now...hehehe...

I've seen all of the cartoonetowrk ones except the first and last saterdays

 

I've also seen all of the cartoon netowrk eps & from the manga i red it to vol 14 now...

 

i have seen all of the eps. shown on cartoon network's adult swim so far...

the only thing that bugs me is how the time frame works...1 day can take 3 eps or more.

 

I haven't seen much of the eps., but I have read almost all of the mangas that my friends have translated from Japanese to English! I also know pretty much all about the characters that i've seen and researched onand I know a bunch about Sensie Takahashi Rumiko too! I'm a big fan of all of her books and I want to become a Manga artist like her! I've started the plot for my story and I've strted to attemp to draw the comic pages. If I finish it soon I'll be one of the youngest comic writer in my state!
