Inu-Yasha Inu-Yasha QUEStION!?!?!

How many episodes of Inu Yasha are there exactly? I thought there was 94 episodes but then I went to a site and it had the airing dates and episode number (airing dates are mostly in Japan). The episodes reached up to 96 and the airing date was january 13th 2003 , so i'm kinda confused. Is there still more episodes of Inu Yasha in Japan?

 

Yes, there are. Episode 97 aired recently in Japan, and episode 95 apparently was recently fansubbed and has just started to be passed along P2P programs. Japan is usually a few episodes ahead of America, because they don't have to wait for fansubbers. And they're definitely way ahead of the American domestic release, which is only around episode 6 or 9 (depending on whether or not Viz has released the third dvd yet).

 

I think its kind of unsure caseit takes these americans FOREVER to translate them!!!!

 

Well, I was about to ask the same question before I thought to check and see if anyone else had been asking... And though I am annoyed that there's no solid answer, I am happy that it means there will be more Inu Yasha

But I'll have to wait for it *sigh*

Tell me about it. Just 2 nights ago, the Inuyasha episodes started all over. And I was really looking forward to more of Rin and seeing Koga express his feelings to Kagome (even if I don't think they are a good couple).

i think kouga is just annoying, and does anyone know if theres a translated episode 97... tried looking for it on kazaa but couldn't find it :dizzy2:

 

I don't know too much about Kouga. I guess he's okay. I like that he's sort of like Inuyasha and I like his taste in Kagome. Though, that doesn't mean I want him to have her. I'm writing this fanfic (not about Inuyasha) and he shows up in it. Too bad I've only seen 35 of 36 dubbed episodes of Inuyasha (I missed episode #13).

 

I can't stand Kagome... "Inuyasha this ... Inuyasha that...". I hope Kikyo just kills her or some youkai seduces her.

 

i think that the only reason i like inu yasha is because of the chance inuyasha and kagome will actually be lovers... sad.. i know....i'm just a sucker for these types of anime......

i got sad when it started all over again but then there was some ones that i missed because it was comeing on at 11:00 here at the time so it starting over helped alot. i wanted to see that last ep. just as much as you did i just hope that kouga dosent get his feelings hurt by Inuyasha like miroku did the firsat time they met. :shy3:

 

Yeah, I guess I was a little happy, too. I missed the first 2 episodes and I finally got to see them for the first time when the show started all over. The reason was because I hadn't heard any news about Inuyasha coming to Adult Swim and I missed the first episode. The second one was missed because I didn't want to bother seeing it. But I gave it a chance by seeing the 3rd episode and I was hooked instantly. The 13th episode was missed because I had to pick up a few of my relatives at the airport and I tried to tape it, but I didn't set my VCR correctly. So I missed it, too. I hope to see it in 2 weeks.
