Video Games Is Sonic a saiyan?

I think in Japan, and how characters are developed, and then suped-up, being all golden just means your more powerful.

Sonic's not a super saiya-jin..he can just turn be all super, because of the chaos emeralds. His powers and Goku's are different, so he couldn't be a super saiya-jin. And, he changes colors. You can do the code in Sonic 2, I know. He changes colors. Can Goku do that?

 

Sonic is not a SS.

If you played any of the Sonic games after 2, Knuckles and Tails can go Super aswell. Although Tails only flashes a lighter orange and Knuckles Pink.

A Saiyan is a human/monkey thingy from the planet Vegeta, Sonic is a hedgehog. Saiyans are born with the power to go SS if they train hard, Sonic just goes super from collecting Chaos Emeralds and Power Rings.

 

Thats dumb, to say that he isnt just because of other characters doing the same, Need i remind you of Vegeta, trunks etc.

Obviosly sonic isnt a saijian in terms of monkeyness but in terms of having a golden super form (or at least thats what i thought the thread was asking )
