Saber Marionette J again intro

    does anybody notice that in one of the J again Intros that it's like a big destruction? I wonder...can it be what might have happened if Marine didn't sacrifice herself. After all there was plasma running around everywhere and Lime looks as if she was in pain.

    Well, there's no doubt that if Marine hadn't stepped in that Terra II would probably have been laid waste... at least that's what the ruins of previous civilizations seemed to show...

    As for whether that particular opening sequence is related, you got me. It could be, but I think it's a little more symbolic than just that...

    The very last one - Episode 6. It contains visuals of Lime awakening, screaming, and shattering as well as crosses, the ground beneath her breaking - and so on...

    As for the symbolism, perhaps I haven't fully figured it out...

    Still, based on what's given, it pulls back further than Marine's arrival...I have several theories, which I'm working out...I guess I'll toss you one of the ones:

    It's a possible alternate J whereupon Lime was awakened on her own, in a time where things were more disastrous because of possible different outcomes (i.e. the Gartlant invasion succeded, but the Mesopotamia laid waste to everything...)

    Most of them are pretty stupid, but it gives the Baka something to waste his time thinking about...

    This may seem odd but in the SMJ manga, there is an image of Otaru being crucified.

    Not to mention an image of an Otome Kairo shattering... Lime's or Marine's? And if it's Lime's,would this be foreshadowing of the end of J to X when *SPOILER CENSORED*?

    But isn't the shattering Otome Kairo in J to X's ending alone?

    Ummm...by "end of J to X" I meant the final eps,not the ending theme...

    The Otome Kairo shattering sequence is in the J Again ep. 6 opening...Lime is walking over some metallic ground with an Otome Kairo stuck inside the ground. When the song lyrics get to "Omoiyari to namida no wake wo," the ground shatters along with the Otome Kairo.


    InuYasha - hope that clears up any residual confusion...
