Anime Kenran Butoh Sai: The Mars Daybreak

    This anime which aired early April, is about a teenage boy who ends up piloting a water-type mecha called an 'RB'. He falls in with a bunch of infamous pirates who turn to be nice people. They fight the government who seem to be the bad guys.. anyways there's some mystery about Gram, the main character and why he came across having an RB and why he can pilot it so well.

    The anime is produced and animated by Bones. So its a sure winner in my book. Check it out if you can.

    ya well Gram(the main character) is totally different from Shinji or Ayato. He's more stable and doesn't whine or is depressed. The mechs are similar to RahXephon's since Bones did that as well.

    Or just about every other mecha anime EVER! Gundam did it, Eva did it, RahXephon did it, and it'll continue being done because it's a good plot device.

    Any links on this anime, it sounds decent, so I'd check it out, but i'd prefer to research it a bit more first.
