    It is 4:30 in the morning.

    I can not go to sleep.

    As much as I want to, I cannot.

    Do you know why?

    Because I caught the god damn stomach flu from SOMEBODY and have been making constant trips back and forth to the washroom all night.

    And no, not to throw up.

    The other one. The one that likes to come with any flu.

    It hurts X_X My gut that is...god! I hate this! I'm tired and in pain and I bet that 5 minutes from now I'm gonna have to rush to the bathroom again.

    Who the hell did I catch this from!? I'm gonna beat the hell out of them I swear!

    God, I should at least try and use this time to start that pre-Ishbal war Hughes x Roy fic I wanted to do (btw, did anyone read 'Behind the Ears'? :D *random burst of happiness shoot down by more pain! x.O*) but I'm having dificulty starting it cause I don't understand military ranks at all. D: What's the rank you get when you first join the military?

    ARGH! Pain! DAMNIT!!!

    I think you start out as Cadet too. And I thought I could go with that for an FMA fic, but I found an article on wikipedia listing them all (but still not making ANY sense to me X_o) and Cadet wasn't there. Private was but it was a 'Non-commissioned' officer rank (and although I read about comission and non-commissioned officers on a previous article it was all like greek to me and made no sense, no matter how many times I read it over ^^;) and Scieska was the only Private in the series.

    Mind you, this would be easier if I would just be a good girl and say that Roy joined the military when he became a state alchemist (which would automaticaly make him a major) but, oh no, I have to go for stupid accuracy. Someone told me once that the manga said Roy had been in the military a while before becoming a State Alchemist, and I wanted to write about that time. And Hughes would still need a rank too.

    Actually, since it's morning now, and thus he'll be awake, I should go ask my brother. He's in Air Cadets and holds the rank of Corporal, I believe.

    But thanks alot anyways. =) I hope i get better too. D:
