Saber Marionette More about Bloodberry in J to X ep.5

    I can't find the original thread (read: I am too lazy and tired to look for the thing), but I've noticed something about Bloodberry's flash back in J to X ep. 5 (the one where she remembers being sealed in the statue)

    She's wearing a bustier version of what Lime wears when she was first released from stasis. More evidence for someone awakening her before Otaru-kun?

    Seems to be the case. Her awakening by Otaru was by far different from the other two...

    -No capsule
    -She came "clothed"

    Any more additions I've forgotten?

    Most the apperance changed in J to X as well. (Not just how the artist drew them)

    Here is some things I noticed -

    Cherry -
    Now has the Obi (or japanese belt) added to her Kimono

    Lime -
    Gloves changed

    Bloodberry -
    Nothing that I know of!

    -Bloodberry's hair changed. It was always in a big knot before, but in J to X it stands out more... and her uh, "front-supportive area" has changed from revealing to a purple...

    -Luchs now has ugly-looking stockings for her Gartlant uniform. Was it because she was too leggy before? :p

    -Panther still retains her short hair from J Again...

    BakaMattSu, but wasn't this supposed to be about Bloodberry and her previous owner?

    Hmm... now let's gather the evidence we have so far on this "Bberry and her 'previous' owner" issue:

    - Bberry's faint flashback (duh..)
    - she was sealed in a statue rather than a capsule when discovered by Otaru
    - wearing a bustier version of what Lime wore when she was awoken by Otaru

    Did I forget any??

    Oh yes! Another change for Bberry in J to X (off subject for moment): She doesn't wear a vest, but an outer red cloth wrapped around her chest and waist.

    Actually, as for the purple part on BB's top:

    In J it's yellow (doesn't look revealing to me in this series), in J Again it's uncovered, and in J to X it's purple. Also, in J to X, I think her hair is a bit straighter, but that could just be because of the more simplified character designs...

    It makes me wonder why Bloodberry's costumes changed the most throughout all the series out of the three. I mean, Lime and Cherry's costumes still look very similar to each other in J, JAgain, and JtoX.

    Methinks that the creaters had a bit much time on their hands so they decided to fiddle with what Bloodberry looked like for some reason lol

    Either that or they just weren't happy with her looks (or they wanted to keep the straight male and lesbian otaku drooling at her new outfits)
