ok... *sniffle* did anyone else cry when Spike died?

*cries* i just kept rewinding the last couple of minutes to where Spike was walking down the stairs and said "Bang" and fell, then i listend to Blue. i repeated this ritual for 3 HOURS. my mom came home from work, and my eyes where red, i'm bawling my eyes out. she ran to me asking what's wrong. i just said "Spike...Spike died!!!" and she just got one of those T_T' faces and went to her room. ^_^' i just love Spike so much!!!

 

i didnt, but i felt a littile bit sad when he died, he had to do it though

 

i just did the same ritual a couple hours ago, only it lasted for 30 min. my brother was laughing at me because my hero died!

 

aint nothing wrong with that, it came as such a shock to me when i saw him lying there, i thought, this cant be happeing type feel....

 

i have 5 heros: Saitou, Spike, Sano, Cho, Hediki, and Minoru. Spike is the only dead one, but my admiration will live on!!!:bleed:

 

thats good, i woudint worrie about good ol spike, he will live on in our memeories forever

 

I saw that seen, I didn't think he was dead. Based on the whole story, I only assumed that he passed out.

I didnt cry when Spike died, cuz I had a feeling that our tragic hero would die in the end of the story after he meets Julia.

 

If you ask me, Spike was already dead(metaphorically) since the day that Julia dissapeared. This was because Julia was his life... When he went to fight Vicious Faye asked him why he wanted to fight Vicious and die and Spike just said "I'm going to see if I'm alive, not to die."

I didn't really cry at the end, it al seemed to happen so suddenly >_<x I was more in shock.

 

wasn't it "i'm not going to die, i'm going to see if i'm really alive."?


NO!!! i'm such an idiot! i have 7 heros, not 5!!! how could i have forgotten them!?!? *jumps off of clif* ok...my 7 heros are: Minoru, Saitou, Cho, Sano, Hideki, 004, and Woolfwood!!! there...

 

It doesnt feel really sad... It feels fitting... he died fighting his nemesis... it was supposed to end this way... because it was written in the script

 

yes very true, he had to do it, there was no other way of avoiding it......

i was shocked..plain and simple but also shoked that after all that searching and no clues as to julias disapearance in the end..she dies too...epic but as some others have said he had to die

I agree; if anything, it shocked me more than it saddened me, maybe because it's been so long since I've seen anything where a "good guy" actually DIED at the end of a series. That and the sheer number of deaths in that episode, doesn't seem like a lot, but when you consider that it was three important characters offed in that one episode...

 

I didn't really cry, but it was sad indeed. I probably just said something like 'Damn...'

I agree with femme. It was more a shock.

 

I was said...i wasn't at the point of crying though...but i thought the ending had an un sespecting twist because he died...

 

Someone spoiled it for me before I saw it, so I wasn't surprised or anything but rather depressed! 'Course it's a good point that he still could be alive... possibly... maybe...

Yes i admit it, my eyes were very red and watery. Just my favorite character i watch die, and with that music playing it makes it so sad haha. Well i had a friend joke around before i saw the last episode that he dies and i was going to die, but he said he was joking but the moron was right after all haha. Everytime i rewatch the series if i watch the last episode that he dies i have to watch an episode that he is alive in to feel better haha.

 

I cried, but it was all very fitting. I mean, Julia was dead, so Spike had nothing to live for, and Vicious was leader of the Red Dragons, so he had nothing else to live for. It kind of fits, but why did they have to die! Spike AND Vicious are so cool! That bites. Lol.

 

yes...evey time i see that episod i just bawl my eyes out. and i agree that the song 'Blue' was very fitting for that particular part...where...HE DIES!!! NOOOOOO!!! :sad:
