Has anyone just like... ever felt just so depressed but for absolutely no reason and it just makes you feel so much like **** that you just wish something really horrible would happen, that related to you in someway, just so you could have an excuse or reason for this feeling? I dunno, maybe it's just me and maybe I'm just disturbed, I don't know... Maybe it's just normal depression or some normal, bull**** teenage angst/over-emotional type ****... just want to see if I'm alone here or if I'm just completely over-reacting.

    hmmmmmm

I think you should check out with a doctor if you can. To me this looks like clinical depression.

    Please get well!!

I feel this way some times. I don't mind it, its a better feeling to be depressed about nothing than to be depressed by something. Plus, it gives me inspiration to make a Blue's song out of it.

What helps me get rid of it is when my mind tells me "Life sucks, not just for you, but for eveyone. Now wake up and pay attention to what your doing or else you'll really have something to worry about."

Here's an interesting read on the causes of depression: http://www.clinical-depression.co.uk/Depression_Information/causes.htm

What you have could be depression caused by some kind of hormonal imbalance. I get like that too every once in a while where I just feel like crap and don't want to do anything at all... And that the whole world hates me, even on M2A ^^;; (cough.. some people probably do *opens a Mirc log* )

Knowing that it's just an imbalance or something I try to just ignore it and don't let it affect my life.. then it goes away after a bit of a wait.

It really is normal, and most people feel like that.

and Sometime's its worse than others. I have a lot of friends and some family members who have Bipolar Dissorder. Like people have said it's an imbalance.

Or it could just be that your going through regular teenage stuff. That happens to me sometimes. It's really good to just let it all out.

When I'm really bored for long I start to get depressed. If I don't cheer up I'll eventually forget why I live. Questions like why don't I just die and like that fill my head. At that condition I get angry easily and I always feel guilty after I do things I didn't mean to do.

Only good thing about being depressed is that I can draw skulls only when I'm depressed. Though that's nothing to be proud of...

I don't know why this happens to me or anyone, but I think that it is because of teenage. It seems rather normal to me though it hell of a annoying. Luckily that thing doesn't happen to me often. Last time was for couple of days two weeks ago.

I get that every once in a while, where I get super-depressed. >_<
It's semi-normal but don't do anything destrcitive to yourself out of anger or sadness.

I have clinical depression and I always get so sad sometimes with no reason at all. If like on little bad thing happends to me I get super sad and get into a pit of depression. I do sometimes wish I knew why I was so sad. I have tryed suicied and all but someone or something always stopped me. I have even hurt myself. You will get better. I have. So look up, and look on the positive side. You should probably see a doctor they do help, I mean, they helped me a few times.

Like a lot of people, I also get depressed and frustrated for what seems like no reason at all.

I've had bouts with depression for the last several years. One thing I hear a lot of people say is "medication is bad!" I'd just like to say that this isn't always the case. Sometimes getting on an anti-depressant and talking with a therapist can really help.

I guess some view medication as a weakness or something, but it can be really helpful in getting to a better point. Just thought I'd throw my thoughts in!
