Saber Marionette Questions

1- Is Hana gay ?
If not then .. does he have feelings toward one of the female characters/?/

2- Does Lime like Otaru?

 

Answers:

1- Yes and apparently he doesn't care for any females.

2- It's my personal opinion that Lime doesn't know what love (or like) really is and that she's just infatuated with him because he woke her up. I see it as more of a brother-sister kind of relationship than a romance. (But that could just be me..)

1) He is Gay..and as the series progresses, he seems to hate the marionettes/females. He is always very mean to them, but (not to give to much away) *Mild Spoiler* At the end of the series, he seems to have some intrest in them.

2) Lime just has special feelings to Otaru, cause Otaru awaked her first, but you can also see some definite feelings that Otaru has for lime

 

Thats a shame that Hana is Gay .. 'cuz he is cute and i wished that he gets close of one of the Marionettes

It would a nice fic story if Hana was the one to have awaken the marionettes instead of Otaru.

lol .. i just imagined how Lime would tell Hana that she loves him and Hana ignoring her cause he is thinking about Otaru

 

Well I've only seen the 1st 9 episodes so far, but...
1) Yup. Gay as gay can be. I haven't seen enough to answer the second part, I reckon.
2) Like him? She likes everyone. I think she does love Otaru at least as much as Cherry and Bloodberry, but she's more naive, so she doesn't really know all the *hrm* in and outs...

Hana Competition?

Spoilers for J and J to X ahead, kids.

Yes, he's gay, but I disagree with the majority of opinions here. I don't think he hates the marionettes as much as he sees them as romantic rivals. Although he does consider them to be nothing more than machines through much of the first series, this is, I think due more to him reiterating what his culture has taught him about marionettes than any calculated hatred. Further, He never really tries to hurt the marionettes (in fact I don't think he'd be able to. They're far stronger), and they are far crueler to him then he is to them by any estimation.

It's interesting you guys and gals brought up a Hana/Marionette pairing. In fact, I'm working on such a fic right now. I'm a huge fan of Hanagata/Bloodberry, and I think that this pairing has some justification. After all Bloodberry picks on Hanagata far more than the other two marionettes, and yet in Ep. 3 of J to X, she's the marionette who almost rushes in to fight Hana's dad for him. Oh yeah, that and the fact that her hand always goes to an... interesting place when she picks Hanako up makes me wonder if she really hates him. They seem to me to be more like Akane and Ranma than enemies.

Deep down, I think Hana does care for the girls, and I think the feeling is mutual. After all, he cries for them at the end of J and at the end of J to X he enteracts with them as if they were family. He's just a sweet guy like that.\\
