Kai had been walking for aa couple days now but he had finally reached the city. "The air is much thicker and it smells horrible", he said looking around. "I wonder where i can find some info on the notes", he wondered. He started walking down the crowded streets. He finally came up to a place that was called "Mid Night Rush".

"This place looks ok", he said to himself. When he walked in he heard loud music, saw people dancing and all kinds of things. He had heard of these places from people who had came into town that needed supplies. They were called clubs he recalled. He didnt know much about them but he thought they cant be bad so he walked in and started looking around.

"Now, who do i talk to?" he wondered to himself. He spotted a man making drinks for customers. I guess there's a good place to start.

 

Hiro was sitting at a table in the club "MidNight Rush" waiting to speak with a friend of his who had told him he had information on the where abouts of the notes, when he noticed a person walk in and head towards the bar who didnt seem to be from the city. Hiro got up and walked over to him interupting him before he could get a word out to the bartender...

"i wouldnt trust any of the alcohol here. My friend has warned me of this" Hiro looked at the stranger who was now giving him an ackward look "I can see you are not from here...niether am I. My name is Hiro and i think you and i might have something in common" ... Hiro smiled and shook his hand "and if i may ask... what's your name"

 

Kai had walked up to the man serving drinks when a man came up to him. i "wouldnt trust any of the alcohol here. My friend has warned me of this" the man said. Kai looked at the man. "Im not much of a drinker anyways" Kai said to the stranger. Apparently his name was Hiro and we had something in common, "Something in common?" Kai thought to himself. "Could he know about the notes" he wondered. He shook Hiro's hand.

"My name is Kai and yes, im not from around here", he said to Hiro. Hiro showed him to the table and they began to talk. Kai felt he had to ask hiro the question that was on his mind. "What makes you think we have something in common, just out of curiousity?", he asked hiro.

 

"i just had a hunch.. you wouldnt just stroll into a bar for no reason now would you? I believe we are here for the same reason... you are an alchemist aren't you... I guessed as much when you walked in. well, i have a friend i waiting to talk to and i believe you would like to talk to him too..." Hiro paused and leaned towards Kai "...about the notes..."

 

The flight has been long, and Armbrust was tired so he decide to go somewhere for a break. While strolling on the streets looking for a place to take a break:
"Say.. The air here isn't any better from how it's like in Berlin. Sigh.. not much to expect from a huge bustling city like this i guess." Armbrust thought to himself.
"Its getting dark soon.. i'd better find a place for a break and then search for a place to spend the night." Just then, a pub caught Armbrust's eyes. "Midnight Rush?" Armbrust mumbled to himself. His feelings told him he had to check that place out. "Interesting." He decided and strolled into the pub.

Armbrust was immediately greeted with loud music and a large crowd of people on the dance floor. The moment he sat down, the bartender said to Armbrust in loud and vibrant English "Hey there, a drink?" Armbrust looked at him for a moment and ordered a glass of soda. "Whew.." Armbrust sighed mentally "At least there is someone who knows English here. Perhaps communication won't be as difficult as i imagined."
Armbrust laid back on his seat and lit a cigarette, enjoying the atmosphere and his rest...

 

"What! How could Hiro, this man who'd i just met, possibly know what i am", he wondered to himself. "Well, seeing as how you know im an alchemist, im guessing your one as well" he said to Hiro. "Now you mentioned the notes" he said to him. "Who is this friend you are talking about?", he asked him.

"And no, your right, i wouldnt just stroll in here", he said. "Ao when will your friend be arriving?" he asked him.

 

Overhearing the conversation of the two men Kevin decided to get in the middle of the conversation. Walking up to them and saying hmmm interesting,sorry that im invading this conversation but i overheard that you two are alchemist and that you know someone that has clues or whereabouts on the notes,sorry ahh were are my manners my name is Kevin and i am an alchemist as well. Both of them didn't know what to say about this there looks gave a mistified look that there is more alchemist then themselvs. Well said Kevin show we go and sit down over by one of the tables and get to know each other a little better. Looking at a table that was in a corner and noticing that the boucher was looking at all three of them with a look that indicated that he was out for blood. taking notice of this Kevin pointed out the table that he seen and asked them to follow.

 

"Hmm? What in the world.. Are those two guys Alchemists?"
Armbrust overheard the man with long white hair and blue eyes talk to the other man with brown hair about the notes. Just then, another man interrupted the two's conversation.
"Hmm.. They don't seem to know each other.. What is their business here? Are they planning on how to get the notes?" Armbrust thought to himself
"The white haired guy is Kai, the younger one with brown hair is Hiro and the newcomer is Kevin.." Armbrust took note mentally as he eavesdropped.
"Hmm?" Armbrust noticed the group getting up and moving towards a table. "I should still be able to hear them if i move a little closer.." He thought. Armbrust got up and moved a few seats to his right, but remain at the bar. "Good. They didn't seem to have noticed me." Armbrust settled down and continued to puff on his cigaratte, waiting to hear what the 3 Alchemists have to say.

 

Kichi needed to get information on the stone. She stopped her bike and was right next the club called "MidNight Rush". "Hmmm....maybe I could get some info here." she thought. She rode her bike into the dark ally and hid her bike well enough to make sure it wasn't seen. While doing so, she accidently ripped the side of her skirt revealing more of her thighs. She turned around in suprise and something caught on to her shirt which made a button fall off to reveal more of her chest. "Oh great...now I look like a prostitute." she said in disgust. She fixed her hair and glasses and said, "Oh well, I'll just have to go with this."

Kichi walked into the club with the same outfit: her ripped short black skirt, a revealing buttoned down shirt, and her leather black boots. With the button missing, others were now able to see an alchemy symbol marked across her chest, and she wondered why such a symbol was marked in such an inappropriate spot. She sat on a stool and asked the bartender for a Virgin Sherly Temple. He asked why she didn't want any liqour. "Sorry to disappoint you, but alcohol is not a smart choice for a young woman such as myself." He rolled his eyes and gave her what she wanted.

She studied the atmosphere in the club. She saw a table where a few alchemists were sitting. "Ah ha! Found a target." she mumbled to herself. She sat herself on a stool closer to them and eyed them carefully without letting them notice. 'Why spy when you can join them? I'm an alchemist myself....what am I doing?' she thought.

 

As Gwen walked closer to the club " MidNight Rush" she saw that it wasn't at all like she thought it out to be. She thought it would have been a little run down shack, but it was a new looking club. As she walked closer she saw a girl comming from an Ally, with tadderd cloths. " Prostitute, probably." she murmerd to her self.
She looked around for the park, she thought it would be across the street, but she couldn't see a thing.

Gwen took off her robe, and exposed her, tight leather jumpsuit underneath it, she though to her self, now I look like a Prostitute. Gwen walked up to the club, with her robe in hand, she knew it was close to 11, but she was hoping she wasn't to late. As she walked in she saw the girl again. Gwen gave a crooked smile, when she saw her chest, and what she was doing. As Gwen walked further into the bar, she got more stares, then a guy sitting at a table had the nerve to smack her butt.

Gwen grew overheated with anger, she looked at the clock hanging over the bar, " 10:45, well I have enough time," she said. Then within a second her leg flew up and hit the guy in the side of his head, breaking his neck. It was very noticable, and the guy sitting around him stared, Gwen laughed, slaped her butt and said, " Anyone else want a piece?!"

 

Kichi noticed the girl that just entered the club. 'Ouch...it might not be a good idea to mess with her.' she thought.

Kichi walked over to the table where the three alchemists were sitting. She leaned over to them and said with a sweet tone, "Hey fellas...would you mind if I join you? Sorry if I overheard, but I assume that you are all alchemists. If it makes you feel any better, so am I. But may I please join you men?"

Kichi was very aware that the alchemy marking on her chest was shown...in an inappropriate area. She looked over to the side to see a man with redish-brown hair staring at her breasts. "I wouldn't do that if I were you..."she said.

 

Getting up from his chair and saying sorry to the women for staring at her. "Sorry. I was just checking the alchemy sign out hehehe" now excuse me it seems that theres going to be some trouble started because of that women in the leather jumpsuit. Walking away from the table and going to the women that evidntally wanted someone to touch her so she could break there neck. Well, Is it custemary for outsiders to break someones neck. I saw what happened and i don't blame you for what you did but now that the boucers have seen what you've done there going to want some fights, If i was you i would leave. As soon as he said that sentence the bouncer that was looking at him earlier came up and reached for the girl. Great,heheh now i have some action said the bouncer. Let me go or do you want to die,said the women in the leather jump suit. Hahaha what are you going to do to me you little Wh***. not wanting this to continue Kevin stepped in and said "HA! some big man you are you want to hurt a women,cracking his neck and putting up his fist and saying Come on, you wuss ill give you the first hit.

Why you!! yelled the bouncer. Letting go of the girl, He took a swing and hit Kevin in the face, all the people that was in the club started getting out. only the alchemists and the Yakazu thugs stayed.

Kevin backed away from the bouncer and felt were he hit him at and said "hahahahahaha. What was that a love tap your going to have to hit a he** of a lot more harder than that if you wanna take me out. My turn. Running up to the bouncer and stoped right in his face and said "this is were you want to be, this is were the fun begins" The bouncer backed up a step and went for a kick to the left side of the stomach,Kevin seen this and prepared for it letting the boucer kick him in the side of his stomach grabbed his leg when contact was made took him by the leg he kicked him with and had a hold of his leg and kneed the bouncer in the stomach and let go of his leg that he was holding and grabbed him by his head and by his upper body and slammed him with a suplex into the table the table broke in half and the women in the leather jumpsuit backed away at the fight and just looked at it with a devilsh grin.

The Yakazu wasn't going to take this lightly one of there bouncers tooken out with out a sweat they sent two bouncers after Kevin and a group of thugs for the other alchemists at the table.

Kevin getting up and said in a yell " Lets get this place bumpin!!!!. breaking off one of the legs from the broken table and taking the leg in his right hand got ready for the other two thugs heading his way.

 

Gwen was happy to see what had happend. She gave the man a nice smile and back away.

She looked at the clock it was 10:50, "Wow only ten minutes, I better hurry up with this." Gwen, grabed a beer mug on a table close to her and broke it, taking a piece of the glass she cut the scar on her hand. Then she walked up to one of the bouncers and touched him, he feel to the ground with a loud thud, then Gwen moved her hand and put it in the bouncer beside the fallen bouncers face and said, " If you don't tell me, where the nearst park is, I will kill you, plain and simple as that." Then she gave a big smile.

The bouncer trembled out," 2 strees up and 1 street to the left."

Gwen with the smile on her face said," Thanks, but I am still going to kill you!" Then she touched his face dropping him on the ground. Gwen looked back at the guy who had been fighting the bouncer who picked her up. She waved and him and gave a smile, she put on her robe and headed out side, when the bartender took out a small pistol he had and shot her in the back of the head.

Gwen layed there, and thought. She could only wonder why she was still thinking. Then she felt a tingle on her hand, and a pearl light appeard and a glow covered her body and she felt fine. She was a little in shock from still being alive, but she knew she hadn't much time, so she started to jog up the street to the park, only hoping to get there in time.

 

Kai and Hiro, noticing what all had happened, went to help out Kevin. "Come on Hiro, it seems our moments of conversation are over for a bit. So why don't we go help out our new friend", he said to Hiro. Noticing Kevin had a table leg in his hand and bouncers coming at him, he figured even if kevin is strong, 2 bouncers are way too many.

"Hey Kevin, need some help?" Kai asked him rushing forth towards one of the bouncers. He leaped into the air and with a spinning side kick, nocked him to the ground. Looking at the broken pieces of the table, Kai quickly drew a transmultation circle and changed the broken pieces into a bokken. "Ok Kevin, Hiro, you ready to take these guys out" he said to them. Kai wasn't much for fighting, but in this case, he'd make an exception.

 

Lori looked at the money in her hand and tightly clinched it. "I cannot believe that just happened. How can he just blow me off like that." she walked along the sidewalk and put the money in her pocket. She thought to herself "I knew I shouldn't have assoticated with such a...he's not bad at least he gave you money before blowing you off." she smiled to herself. "I should find him and thank him for the money.".

She walked around the streets and saw him no where. "Mabey someones seen him." she walked up to the first person she saw which was a woman jogging. She jogged along side the woman and asker if she had seen Kevin.

 

The fight has turned into a brawl, but Armbrust did not move from his spot, as he watched the fight while sipping on his soda. The women who started the fight has left the pub.
"I thought i saw her cutting her hand and working some alchemy on the bouncers.. What is trying to do? She didn't even die when the bartender shot her in the head.." Armbrust pondered. Apparently, the number of Alchemists in this place is getting unbelievably large. The other woman sitting near him with torn skirts and button gone from her top, was obviously and Alchemist too judging from the mark on her chest. Armbrust decided not to bother about her for a while and studied Kai, Hiro and Kevin, and try to find out their abilities. Armbrust has already seen Kai turn bits of furniture into a weapon but still needed to see more to be sure.

 

Kichi noticed what had just happened. She was startled from the comotion but thought that they need her help at the moment. She pulled a book out and opened it up. It happened to be the book her brother gave her.

She still could not read the writings but she turned to a blank spot in the book...which was dead center. "hmmm..."she thought. She created a transmultation circle near the center fold of the book and she pulled out a blank page and threw it at one of the bouncers. The paper immediately attached itself to his arm like glue and burst into flames.

The bouncer panicked and tried with all of his strength to remove the paper, but he could not. It was absorbed into his skin at the moment and he screamed in pain. Kichi smiled at satisfaction, but turned away from the sight of his skin burning away.

 

Watching Kichi from far away, was Seishin. He seemed intrigued, all his life he had lived without ever seeing a single alchemist, now all of a sudden, there's plenty, and one that actually used their powers to hurt someone. He thought to himself that this Kichi could be of some trouble, so he decided to go down and greet her.

When Kichi realized what she had done, she heard clapping. Seishin then appeared and said "impressive...very impressive. Y' know, i don't see many alchemists around here, and it is indeed rare to find someone as talented as you. Tell me, what's your name young one?"

 

Michael had just ended his short rest with his loved one, and decided it was time to get back to searching. He went outside and started to walk...after a while, he managed to lead them both to a junkyard. His companion seemed intrigued of what he was going to pull off.
He got close to some broken cars and drew a circle. He clapped his hands together and then lead them towards the cars...and in a little bit, he had transmuted a very fancy and expensive looking car.
Knowing that he did not want to pay for gas, he moddified the engine to run on electricity. He put one of his gloves on and aimed his hand at the sky. His other hand opened the hood of the car and he backed away. He looked at Selenity and said, "back away for a bit, kay!?". She did as he asked, and he checked out if anyone was looking.
He snapped his fingers, opened his palm and rushed his hand towards the direction of the car. He had changed the magnetism, guiding the lightning straight to the engine.
He closed the hood, and rushed to the car, and drove it towards Selenity. "Wanna go for a ride!?" he said, after he chuckled. He always took advantage of today's wastes, just to earn money.

 

As Gwen was jogging to the park. A girl started jogging up beside her, and asking her all the questions. She asked if Gwen knew some guy named Kevin. Gwen just stared at her. " This is a huge A** city and you walk up to people hoping they know will know this guy.....can I say idiot. I could be a mass murder. Then gwen rolled her eyes.

"Well, excuse me" The woman said.

The woman kept joggin along side Gwen and started talking to her about stuff. Gwen who was not a real people person, actually started to like this girl. She reminded her of her self before her parents died. Then Gwen asked for her name...

"My name is Lori" she said.
" Well my name is Gwen" Gwen said to her.

Then Gwen actually found her self telling about her self to her, which she never ever does. Lori grew into a deeper intest about the notes..

"Lori, if you want, would you like to come with me to the park in search for these two men..?" She said.

"Well,..... I guess, but only if it won't take the whole night, I have to find Kevin, before the night is over." Lori said to her.

"Belive me it won't.... actually we are here" she said. Gwen looked over to the other side of the street, there was a small park. To her surpise there were limo's and cars t parked out side of the park. People were getting into the cars at that time and she saw that the ones who had already left, where in a line... " Hm... they must be going some place... maybe to exchange the notes..?" Gwen said.

"Well we have got to follow them..." then gwen walked ovet to the parked limo, she pressed her hand on it. Them a the pearl like light appeard around the car and sunk into the car it looked like. Then the doors opend and the car started. " Well, I hope they don't miss there car!" She said, Gwen got into the back seat and looked at Lori..." Do, you still want to come?
