She wakes up

She wakes up in the middle of the night
she wakes up with a feeling of fright
she wakes up she cant help but cry
she wakes up cause she is scared to die

From the earliest in the morning
into the deepest of the night
pain constantely plagues her
but she is too weak to fight
Her lover by her side
breathing, in and out
sleeping like a rose
upon a lovely cloud
And every day the same things
people come and people go
they cry, they hug, they feel sorry
but what she goes through, they dont know
They think about ending
the pain, the suffering
she must choose
what to lose
her lover in a seat
or the death at her feet
so her friends and family
gather around the room
they confince her to live
and they leave her in gloom
Now the sun goes down
and with her lover at her bed
she closes her eyes, a last kiss
she does not wake up, she is dead
