I'm not sure how much I like CG mixed in with drawn stuff, but this look like it could work. Not heard anything about it though, has anyone?

 

Wonderful Days is great. Proves South Korean Anime can be compared with the Japanese. It's quite a short movie, but there are many moments of satisfaction in it (my opinion). CG and drawings mixing together are becoming more widely used in anime so in the future I don't think we'll get much choice whethr to like CG/drawing mix or not. In some scenes the mix looks a bit weird but some of the more notable scenes such as the motorcycle chases, it is quite impressive (again my opinion ^_^) MO, and others, i suggest you looking at this link made earlier for further details and opinions...

i started a thread about this a bit back. it's a good anime. kind of in the vain of production ig's stuff. for my taste there was too much 3d cgi, (basically everything but the characters.) but it's still great, definety worth checking out if you like any of production ig's stuff.
i agree about the motorcycle scenes, but i thought the mecha design was a little poor for the bikes and some of the other stuff. they overdid all the bikes scenes too, too many of them. but this is just my opinion.
it definately has a korean flavour to it which is good.
