Saber Marionette SMJ Dub Cast

I don't like the dub at all. I've only watched the first episode so far, but they really butchered Lime(who could butcher Lime? I ask you?). All the voices sound too... American, I think.

Hana's J voice wasn't too bad. His J to X voice though makes me want to hurt something. Badly.

Che, I thought Lime's voice sounded familiar! Her voice is Madison/Tomoyo in CCS dub and Kitty in X-men! And Otaru's is Quatre's! Bloodberry's is Noins? Oooo... and Hanagata's is Yukito/Julian in CCS?? This is all new

 

NANI?! Hanagata's VA is Yukito's too???? :dizzy2: The horror…

Hikozaemon's was Howard in Gundam Wing. And Faust was Lt. Nichol. (Heh, are we sensing a patern here?)

And Lime was also Holly from Monster Rancher. I think Mickey was Genki (MR) and I think Yumeji was young TK (Digimon 01).

Aaaaaaaahh!!!!!! Izayoi!!! I cried so much in that ep... I'd heard Izayoi before, and somehow I knew it was sad. It made me feel sad! (I knew it was for SMJ, too, but I was really trying to find Successful Mission. See, I'd only seen about two unsubbed eps at the time). When I saw that episode......I sang along, but I barely could because I was crying so much. I don't think I've cried that much in a series before...*wails*

 

Yes!!! Stardust Phox, I must agree with you! I've never cried that much neither in any anime series. I've seen many that made me laugh, but not both laugh and cry. SMJ is the first. Well, that's why I love it ^_~

BTW, I need a quick answer: how do you spell "occasion"? Two c's, to s's, or two c's AND two s's? (Hey... I forget! And I usually forget how to spell exercise.. just know I almost wrote "exercice", and when I was typing THAT, I almost wrote "excercise"...:blush: Heh..)

Now, back to the topic:

Who else thinks English Dub Hanagata sounded way too comical in the ep where Lime loses her maiden circuit (in SMJ)? He seemed to sound serious in Japanese, and he was[/I ]in Spanish.

 

I've read to much.

*blocks his ears and says la la la la, can't hear.
I don't want to hear what happens at the end. Poxy importing, making me wait weeks for my stinking *** SMJ. Baka.

 

Everyone who dubbed Hana in English

needs to be yelled at, with the exception of Mr. Marx (and the guy who did it in J could get let off with a mild warning, should I be in a general good mood).

That said, I'll look into what he sounded like in the spanish dub and get back to you, Stardust.
