Video Games Star Ocean:The Second Story

Has any one played Star Ocean:The Second Story?

Its a really good game.The battle system is in real time and is very fun.The graphics are OK.The voice acting(in the english version)is very bad though,and tends to get annoying in battles.

 

::Shrugs:: I loved it, the whole game. I loved pretty much every little thing about it, the little voices, the different techniques and magic abilities, the fighting system.

 

I love this game....Its aweseom...

but the voices werent Bad, they made the battles cool...hearing claude yell DAMN! or Dias say Waste of time.... was really great!

Plus, if you unlock all the voices, i think you get something

 

If you're a fan of SO:TSS, and you haven't already played 'em yet, check out the original SO for SNES as well as ToP (Tales of Phantasia). You can find the ROMs lying about over the net, and a site, www.dejap.com I think it is, has translation patches for 'em. ToP translation is complete, but SO is still in the works, but you can still read some of the dialogue for it and such.

 

I really like Star Ocean : TSS, it's one of my favourite games, although I'm stuck right now before the final boss, and I'm a bit too lazy to level up so I can beat the enemies in that place >.< I find it strange how you can go beyond level 100 in that game, my friend is level 143 right now, or somewhere around that. Oh and it' awesome how much freedom you have in that game as well, you can make weapons, food, and anything really!

 

WHAT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

No way star ocean is the fuest game (next to FF5) it has so much stuff on it....
it has the opions to get a really hard mode, it has the music test.
it has, what, 12 charaters all with there own special traits and skills. I don't know what type of game you like but..... hmmmm
grapics are really good on this game and the 2D characters give the game the total effect that makes the game good. grrrrrr KUPO
and the fact that the voice acting in SO2 was great i don't think that you should judge games on just there grapics. hmmmm.... if you ask me!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! i think you stop picking on games that are better than what """"YOU"""" can make so if you don't like SO2 keep it to yourself.......

that makes me so mad.......

PS- i'm so sorry if i offended anyone but you shouldn't judge games on there grapics thats the one main thing i "CAN'T" stand.

 

I liked it it was so much fun to play.
