Anime WB's Astro Boy

I was just wondering, has the Astro Boy thats coming to WB been modified in any way?

I've never seen it before, but from the comercials it looks soo...freaking cool! I mean, it looks great. I didn't think the graphics would look soo good for something that old. It looks like a movie instead of a series. Did they remake it or something, or was it always like that?

 

There has been a remake in my newest issue of NewType (Dec 2003) it is up to episode 26 (it has to be forthure) so it is newer that classic AstroBoy

 

Oooh...does anyone know if this is the remake?

 

I'm pretty sure its a remake, and man, it is soooooooooooooooooooooooooooo*deep breath*ooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo cool!
