Inu-Yasha Who is your favorite Inuyasha villian?

I know there have been lots of favorite character things but I did a search and couldn't find one like this so I thought it would be Okay. What I want to know is what is your favorite Inuyasha villian and why? Give their name and what kind of things about them make you like them best as a villian. The only thing I ask is that for all of you out there, and I know there is a lot of you, who are going to say that Sesshomaru is your absolute favorite; I ask that you also then say who your second favorite would be and why. Hey, I like Sesshomaru too but I'd like to hear some opinions about other cool bad guys.

I'll go first. I haven't seen all of the episodes with him yet since they're all new ones but I would have to say that my new favorite villian is definately Bankotsu, the leader of the Band of Seven

I like Bankotsu the best for several reasons. The first being his outfit. I like the whole White, Blue, and Black armor he has going. The second would be his attitude. Unlike Sesshomaru and Naraku he isn't cold and evil seeming all the time. Pretty much all the time that he isn't in battle he is laughing and carrying on with his friends just like Inuyasha and stuff, although the conversations that Bankotsu has with his friends usually involve who they plan to attack next for fun. While Bankotsu is friendly and outgoing to his fellows, he fights with incredible speed and furousity which brings me to my Third reason for liking him, his weapon: Banryu. Bankotsu also uses a giant sword as a weapon, just like Inuyasha. The main differences are that Banryu is a giant Halberd (double edged sword) kinda like Sesshomaru's Tokygen except, on steroids, and with a much cooler looking hilt. Crescent moon blade on the bottom

 

I was going to come in here screaming the name of Bankotsu until i read your post and you already chose him >_> but i have to agree with everything you said (or i at least read) Bankotsu is thy super God.

 

Hars off to my man Sesshomaru on this one. He has a cool outfit, great martial arts skill, he's a demon, and he has his little green guy follow him around everywhere he goes. He's fearless, although is pretty jealous of Inu-Yasha because he has Tetsaiga. All around, he is the uber villian.

OH MY FREAKIN' GOD!!! My favorite villan of all time is Jakotsu!!! He is like sooooo freakin' gay...which makes the anime series even funnier!!! At first I thought that he was a chick...but when I found out that "she" was actually a "he"...I just started rolling on the floor laughing. I loved it when he met up with Inuyash and the gang and said that he thought that Inuyasha was cute and that Miroku was "so damn sexy"....LOL!!! HAHAHAHAHA!!!!! I love his weapon to...because it swings like a snake...while striking it's opponent. It's sooo...cool...and it's sneaky too....gotta love that one! ^_^

Oh...and Sesshomaru is also like the...HOTTEST MALE VILLAN EVER!!! *squeals* Even if he is Inuyasha's borther!!! lol...^_^

 

I suppose Kryshana is going to be in a bit of a delemma when Jakotsu and Suikotsu hve to fight Sesshomaru.

Sesshoumaru seems more like... An anti-hero than a villain. At least later in the series.

Anyway though, my favorite is Bankotsu due to incredibly shallow reasons. I like his personality too though.

But if you want to count Sesshoumaru as a villain, then he's my favorite.

 

If anti-heroes count, then Sesshoumaru all the way (unless we're counting the PS/X fighting game, in which case Sesshy is tied with Kouga). He's calm, cool, and collected, and it's so cute how he won't admit that he cares for Rin (like an older brother, folks! geez....) and wants to protect her. He's mastered the art of fighting without breaking a sweat (until it gets really tough).

If anti-heroes don't count, then I'd have to say...hmm...Kagura. Yeah.

I have only seen a few episodes that hes in but I love him! Plus I love his voice. Lol :sweat2:

 

Dude...those Thunder Brothers...Maten and Hiten? XD I really don't remember their names. I just know I thought the human looking one was damn cool, and the ugly one was funny to me. X3
And can't forget the little girl that showed up later. Was her name Souten? I really can't remember for the life of me. -_-

OH YES! And those four panthers demons...they were cool! Especially the one that fought with flower petals! I liked her. X3

I also like the two female minions in the first Inu yasha movie. They have a superb design and their fighting ways were awesome.

In looks and design tho...that bat demon, Shiori's grandfather...god was he scary and sweet (as in looking sweet) at the same time. OO

If you're asking for mainstream villians, then I'd say Sesshoumaru. Tho, Sesshy is an antagonist, rather than a villian...just like Kaiba in YGO. Oo
I have a thing for antagonists apparently. Oo

I've yet to see episodes with the band of seven tho. v_v

 

I definately wasn't asking for mainstream villians only.
Up until the whole band of seven episodes my favorite villians were only in two episodes.

Before they introduced Bankotsu, my favorites were Jeromaru, Kageromaru, and that incarnation of Naraku's that broke the Tetsaiga with his teeth. I think that Jeromaru could have had a cooler outfit but his incredible speed put him on par with Koga and his strength was equal to Inuyasha's. Kagaromaru was just plain creepy but his scythe-like arms and ability to go inside the ground and his brother made him very haunting.

I dont remember the name of the Demon that broke Tetsaiga, the one that could read his enemies' minds, and if anyone could remind me I'd appreciate it. I think he was the third of Naraku's incarnations and he was the first person killed by Inuyasha's almost full demon form.

 

Bankotsu, mainly because Halberds friggin' rock.
